no, that's not possible and I think that nearly nobody would use this feature at all. therefore I'll not add it.
I'd use it D=
... lolor do you expect cs2d to be playable with a wheel and a pedal?!
(but you can actually play it with a pentablet for aiming because a pentablet controls the mousepointer under windows)
