It's quite normal as in that it happens very often. It's some sort of mistake in the communication between server and client, often caused by a fault during disconnecting.

It's nothing bad, but if you don't like it, just disconnect from the current server and reconnect (or, if that doesn't work, restart CS2D)

you can ignore this unless you have problems. it's just for debugging purposes. disable your debug mode and you'll not see it anymore.
