Babies that are born early (before the expected date) can be weaker (but one week shouldn't make much difference I guess?) Siblings don't necessarily have to be very equal. Maybe you have more genes from your mother and your brother more from your father or the other way round. Maybe your mother took drugs when she was pregnant with you or someone punched her in her stomach...
