ohaz is right, it's totally impossible, I hope sometime CS2D will have online file system or something like it. 
I tought that was possible. Btw, in some other site I see that it's possible.

Just place env_sound and select music track or sound. If you want to music play on all map then select:
Location: Play everywhere
I meant import the music from the web into cs2d without downloading ..
When you join the server, it's take the music data on the web, it's interact between the web and the server.. we don't have to download the heavy music data (~ 1 mb)
It's okay... Maybe my problem is impossible!

Server owners who play random music (not short sounds but actual music!) with
sv_sound or sv_sound2 are doing something very wrong in my opinion. It's a bad idea. And it's also illegal if you're sharing music which is copyright protected this way.Just run Spotify or whatever music player you like in the background if you really want to hear music while playing CS2D. That way you can even decide yourself WHAT to hear. Isn't that incredibly awesome?!
DC: , the original game doesn't need music . But however , if some servers have Citylife Script or some Roleplay script , players can use cars or buy an mp3 player to listen a real radio channel . Moreover , if they have nightclubs , Djs can mix their liveset with this system . For me , it has both pros and cons . edited 1×, last 17.12.14 02:24:06 am

Well, I guess that the problem is that it could affect significantly the connection or even the game performance itself (may be wrong, don't know what I'm talking about since never tried such a thing). Appart from that, everything seems fine as long the player can choose wether to enable this feature or not. I support this idea! 1
