CS2D General In-game profile picture In-game profile picture
4 replies I saw there were a couple other threads about this, but I don't see anything called "cache"
or anything regarding avatars in the sys portion of my cs2d folder.
It's entirely possible I'm just being stupid, but is there any other way to change my in-game avatar
if it's connected to my USGN?
(I've already changed it on usgn, it just doesn't register in-game)
Thanks in advance Really, no cache folder in your *CS2D root*\sys directory? Think you can just try and connect to an online server and it'll generate your USGN avatar (or Steam if you run the game using it) if there's no existing one in the cache. Sorry, I'm pretty computer illiterate..
what do you mean by "cs2d root"? Root is like the beginning of a directory tree, such as:
CS2D/
or
Counter-Strike 2D/
for this game.
Other examples:
Root of the C: drive:
C:/
Root of program files:
C:/Program Files/
ETC.
You should have a cache folder in
root/sys/cache/
If you don't then create it and make sure this is enabled. Ended up just uninstalling and re-downloading
All set, sorry
