jeah, very nice, but what does he has in his mouth, is it a cigarette, it looks like a hand with bleeding fingers or a paintbrush with colour.

eh, you might want to color blend it to a more bronzed tone. Sharpen the highlights to get an HDR fx, other then that it looks pretty good.
