Here is what you shall do:
delete the old stuffExtract Stranded 2 to anywhere you likeGoto with the explorer to the directory of strandedii.exe (that's also where all the bat-file are)copy the file stranded_2_english.exe to this directoryExecute it. When a window with the destiny selection pops up, simply click on "install"Some weird things will happen (cmd windows will open and output many filenames). Do not interrupt them!At the end, a window with the english version of s2mklnk will open. Simplest is to leave all the checkboxes as they are.Click on "Create". It doesn't seem to happen anything at all, but your setup should now be complete. Click on "Exit".Open the Startmenu->Programme->Unrealsoftware->Stranded II. There should be six shortcuts, three for each mod. Select one of the "Stranded II English" ones (if you map with much scripting, Fenster would be the best. Sorry, I forgot to translate this part ).

like I said I'll translate S2 (or, at least try it).
This is the first version, it's still a bit loosy, but at least it has an installer ^_^.

My first version is finished. It's more than 10 megabytes of size, because I used a rather primitive method of packing.
If Bizzl could adapt his neat installer to it, It surely would not be far bigger than his version.

Stranded II 0.0.2.4 German is released. Since it brings about a third island for the adventure, I will surely translate it.

The Singleplayer still does not work... and I haven't got the slightest clue why. What a shame.
Especially because I've translated all of the maps.
Copy them into the German directory and play them that way.But have fun with the adventure mode.

in my version adventure mode dont work, but i replace your english adv. intro map (map01.s2 and map01_intro.s2s) to germany. and its ok now.
- I cannot fix it
- not even your "first aid"-method works with my version
I am really helpless. The very same files as in the German version, which do not contain any absolute paths, do not work in the environment of my mod.
So it looks like I cannot do anything about either of the two huge mistakes of the current version.
@ DC: If that was not bold and capital enough, HELP!
