your graphics card has either no good direct3d 7 (or higher) support or you need new drivers/new directx version.
also try to run it with "StrandedII -win.bat"

old Thanks!!!

It's still showing that "Unable to create 3D scene".
On my first download it is working properly...
It can run and I have played it...
Then i quit the game then I start it again...
This is when the message appears...

Oh yeah! I almost forgot...
I change the resolution to 1024x768 then i quit the game.
Is that the reason why that message always appear?

P.S.
My directx is at the latest version...
Well I guess the problem is my graphics card.

Thanks for the information!

us rockzz!!!

either redownload it or open "mods/Stranded II/sys/settings.cfg" and replace the first two lines (should be 1024 and 768) with 800 and 600. save the changes and start the game.

You might want to download the SIW freeware program. (Look for it at SourceForge or search). This will give you a readout of all your graphics card stats, including any firmware updates, etc.
