Today I try to open but in say:

Window cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.

HELP

Maybe look at faq at www.cs2d.com website , re-download and also maybe some of the files have been missing thats why it occur .

The answer is that your profile on your computer doesnt allow you to run cs2d. not to sound too formal but you have to run the game in a admin profile or contact your admin!
