by me it takes place at all maps, but only sometimes...
but it is annoying in wars, etc
this is the anti-rebuy setting which can be disabled by the server.
mp_grenaderebuyyou can only buy each grenade type one time per round (except for the flash which can be bought 2 times of course) when the option is 0 (it IS 0 by default)
the option has been added to prevent idiots from re-buying and throwing grenades all the time (which is pretty annyoing and unfair)
(btw: this options has a little known bug: when you attempt to buy a grenade outside of a buyzone and then retry in a buyzone the game will think that you already bought it. this will be fixed with the next release.)
