@authset newuser superadmin (or any other privilege you defined in settings/priv.cfg)
@logout
!login newuser pass
You should see user 'newuser' have logged in with access mask of 'superadmin'
Alternatively, just go to settings/users.cfg and add your admin user on there or just change the default admin's name and pass.
