But I'm sure the USGN check thing would work. Unless, of course, someone's registered two of those.
I'm sure lots of people are in more than one clan. Their profile should just keep a nice, tidy list for those.
The screenie looks like there has yet to be a forum. Are you planning on adding one of them newfangled message boards on the site? This would facilitate the informing more than PMs to everyone in the clan could for sure.

A Forum... Well it was not planned, but it's a good idea to make clan messages possible, which you can see on your "My Clan" Page. Added to the ToDo-List!

So if the forums aren't planned, I suppose real-time chatting isn't either. I still think communication is one of the most important things to facilitate the growth/maintenance of a clan.
Will clans be able to schedule clan-wide 'events'? Like, suppose it's the anniversary of the clan's founding and the leaders want to schedule a party in-game commemorating the event. Kind of like someone's calendar that's filled with post-it notes on b-day parties and stuff.

I think at first I want to release a working system. Everything which only helps to make a clan growing is additional and will be added later. But it's good that you post ideas here, I'm reading them all and perhaps I will add some of them later

Actually, first thing is more of a bunch of questions. Since the thing is a sub-domain of unrealsoftware.de, would it have basically the same forum system as it? [if added] And, assuming you changed it, would it have the same graphical look as unrealsoftware.de? [gray background, green in some places, etc] Will the profile and profile's contents [avvy, siggy, etc] be carried over?
Suggestions... how about allowing the clan leaders to put up a like to the clans' private forums in the profile? If you're going to put up the forums after releasing the site, then they'll have communication before then. Plus, they can put member-only matters on there. Many probably have a private forum anyway.
I think I'll stop now... maybe I'm being demanding here. Plus, I'm out of ideas.

This site is (as it is) only visible to the Clan Leader, but I planned to add that people can be something like co-leader or officer, who then only have the right to accept clan joinings or to kick people out.

No. Unless someone helps me making some graphical look, it will more or less stay the same like it is now. Because I'm not very good at graphical issues...

No, because of 2 reasons:
1. I would need the same Database as DC uses
2. I need different tables than DC. DC doesn't need a "User-is-in-Clan" row in his table, but I do. I don't need a Annotations row, but DC needs one.

The private forums... I don't want to replace ClanHomepages. I want to replace the ClanThread. Clan internal issues should still remain in ClanHomepages. But perhaps I will add a small private board system... Let's see what comes

Edit: OMG, there has been a bug in my scripting programm and big parts of the code have been mixed up... some even disappeared. In my fear I overwrote my backup files... I try to fix it

Will the management be able to make their own warning system? Different people do different things, and customization would allow them to. Plus, they can get creative.
Clan thread replacement... I see now. But still, the outside world [for lack of a better term] might want to know what kind of clan it is beyond the description [assuming that'll be included] provided. [event types, good/bad forum posts, etc.]
Oh dear... Well, there really isn't a specific release date, is there? Take your time.

Very good news: I'm working on it again!
The script is MUCH better now and I'm working more on security (for the user AND the website!)
I've nearly reached the progress I had before my script crashed.
Login/Register
Show all Clans
Show one Clan (which will have the possibility to add a banner to their homepage, perhaps I will also create a guestbook or a little forum)
To make this public I only need the function to edit clans and to edit users, which shouldn't be that much work.
