I think that the best tournament would be one organised by DC
sorry about that but I'm simply too busy to do that. So You have to do it yourself or there will be no new league. All leagues in cs2d (including the German league) are organized by CS2D players.
Unrealsoftware can host - admins online 24/24 , A international one , evryone can play 1 vs 1 .
A comunity of cs2d with DC can make all , is easy , the winner get something ,
like the best CS2D version (acctualy version + edited , cool skinz , gfx , sys.)

but , i lagg..if i close all program without CS2D.sorry if i exprime myself bad , i speak english just from school
is not so low english but it is a little bit. we would report who have winned in which battle and i hope DC would watch last fight
