How to take a screenshot?Check your controls settings.
Scroll down and see the screenshot button.
Press it 1 time and then go to your /screens folder. There it is.
How to upload to forum?Use a image hosting service, like ImageShack, upload it there and then copy direct link and put in in img tag.
Note: I'm not calling/treating you like a newb/noob in any way. It's to avoid more questions and so it's pretty explained. Hope I really helped with this mini-tutorial!

its no problem its the guys
they also flood my server and do useless stuff
some strange names like a heart symbol with some hash and percentage signs
i dont get pi**ed off by them
