28 replies is the error i get when I try to launch cs2d that mean PSAPI.DLL is in your cs2d directory folder
cs2d will stop because of DLL files
delete that thing
It's a system file that is missing from your computer.
I recommend replacing that missing file. You can get another one with a quick Google search.
This had happened to me once before, all I did was replace the file and everything was back to normal.
This error only occurs with Windows 98, Windows 2000, and Windows XP.
You should consider upgrading your OS, tough

Onlinewindows 98 sucks
1. FIND your Windows 98 (or other operating system) CD (If you have one)
2. Put it in your computer...
3. Look for a repair option on the CD's menu.
This should replace any missing or corrupted files that system may require.
