Perhaps a alteration is needed when it comes to the spraylogos, other players spray should be downloaded not just temporarily, the spraylogos will then load more efficiantly then hopefully. I think there should be a option to store the spraylogos in folder too. I.e. "do you want to download spraylogos? [yes / no]" if spraylogo does already exist there should be a overwrite option. As soon as a player has their spraylogo on map other players will start downloading it immediately. I guess that's one way to solve it or you could force the sprays to refresh; with use of a command: refresh_spraylogos.
