If i put a weapon on ground they disappears instantly, how i can put to they disappear in 1 minute?

Server Settings and I think the Misc tab.
search the setting
mp_weaponfadeout enter 60 and click apply (also note that weapons only disappear in certain game modes).if you are using Lua scripts / additional setting files: check those for the mp_weaponfadeout command and either remove it or change it as well.
