...I don't fully understand what you mean there. You want to open a bank menu with F2 and F3, and an "xvote" menu with F4? If so, it is Lua scripting, and the questions of Lua scripting goes to the thread, which is stickied in this CS2D board...

If you mean something else, then i don't know...
