Where do created maps (via editor) and downloaded maps (from other players through "find server" feature) go? I mean in what folder are they located? I just realized that they aren't in the map folder. can anyone tell me?

Where do created maps (via editor) and downloaded maps (from other players through "find server" feature) go? I mean in what folder are they located? I just realized that they aren't in the map folder. can anyone tell me?
all map files are saved in <your-cs2d-folder>/maps!
For downloaded maps, you just cut them off and put it into your maps folder, then you just accidently close the window and launch CS2D, another reason, go and search your map name in the folder.
About the saved maps in editor, I just saved them. and I'm trying to find a way to delete them, so I think of going to the folder, Yes I tried searched button but still I can't see..
And yes again, even the downloaded maps won't show even if I type their filename exactly.
I save them in CS2D/Maps THERE'S NO MISTAKING IT.

you can go f.ck yourself now.
check the WHOLE folder again, go to computer -> search
search your map, exam: omg_wtfbbqhahhahahv1.1
or go to any antiviruses and scan your computer.

Use the print screen command to get the screenshots and show it here as that would make the matter as easy as....dunno
