Is it possible to add voice/microphone support in the next CS2D version?

It would be nice but if you really want something like this use a chat program like xfire, ventrilo, team speak, and many others.

No it won't. Use the search function the next time. And use tools like Skype, Ventrilo, Teamspeak ... like TGVajsec said
