80% of the new people on the forum are just here asking for or editing
-a rp script/license script
-tibia rp...
-No one is being imaginative and trying to make something new for once..
-Almost all the uploads are just re-uploaded files made before or edits of old scripts. Few people are even doing scripts that at least do not copy ideas from things they played.
add:
-more newbies than ever who just do not use the search button
-no one reads the rules.
If the new comers actually read the rules: which ironically, is titled "FAQ/RULES - PLEASE READ!" there would be a lot less headache in here.

I'm agree with you, i have like 5 luas to upload, but it's difficult to translate the whole script, so that with 5 its worse xD.

You could create some yourself. And, to be honest, there isn't a problem. If you haven't noticed, not everyone that plays CS2D and makes maps and such for it participates on the forum. If they do, most of them put them on their clan's website. Well me & NTD want to make lua based Xen monsters for his HL2D Mod kinda like the HL 2 Strider Lua but none of us have the know how on how to do that

We have talked about this for a thousand times. If you think the old version is better then play it and stfu please. /TheKilledDeath Player wont to play only xD, the don't care how the is looks like. well, of course mahmood, but i'm kind-of referring to the newbies that go on the forum and just insist on the community making a copy of the script they saw on another server and it's just .. too repetitive....
The newbies aren't even suggesting creative ideas for the lua community in here to start as a project even... Well, i have some small more ideas for scripting.
- Zombie Mods
- Script for clans
- And other useful scripting functions.

I noticed that there was no new script releases after I left. (except Mat5b multigames)
So don't worry, I'm back with a lot of ideas. But unfortunately having a little of spare time.
At the moment, I'm finishing a new type of CS2D project.

Yeah something similar happened to me also. I had over 500mb of stuff all for CS2D. Then my copy of windows became corrupt (Many people know of this, Thanks to, Dick[forgive me if I get the name wrong], for introducing me to Linux, he saved me) and I had to reformat, losing everything I had related to CS2D. At that moment I lost all desire for CS2D and anything related to it. I've tried to come back to this community twice, but I couldn't. Every now and then I come back just to read up on stuff and look at all the new kids here, check out how the vets are doing. edited 2×, last 15.10.10 05:55:18 pm

I don't get your people's kind of reasoning. Just because you became bored of the game or old cs2d 'friends' are quitting doesn't mean cs2d is dying. God, the RP script got uploaded 4 times, and LightOfHeaven said it's by him, (lie), This day, that mod has been uploaded 2 times. RP things are killing CS2D... But it is ALIVE! Agreed! I do agree that RP is something that CS2D was not intended for. But, it's up to players whether or not they play on RP servers, they are not killing CS2D. yes ! I got Strakkz to help me n NTD with the lua monsters for the HL2 mod 
Now we start making some real progress

A horror map would be awesome! I hope you put these maps on your server everynow and again
