linux is for working not gaming
If you want to play games on Linux there is Wine although it's a trial version. I understand that most people prefer Windows for gaming, I do too. But it's still possible to enjoy some gaming on that OS. The trial version of Wine should still be efficient to run some games, such as World of Warcraft, Counter-Strike, Call of Duty, and the list goes on. But of course, not all games are supported at least not yet.

I agree to Hunter162's post partially, but not entirely.

My new test results. 50 half the way, I got phone call from my Dad in the middle of it.

Trial version? You might have read the site wrong, WINE is free and open source software. You don't pay a penny for it, there's no limitations, no need to register, it usually comes preinstalled on newer "home" versions of linux. (I know there ain't a "home" version as such, but there's a big difference between Gentoo and Ubuntu and the audiences they're tailored for.) Wine can be a little difficult to set up, but on most games (provided you have the correct hardware-accelerated graphics driver), you will get atleast acceptable to fast speeds.

Yea but I thought I was installing Wine the whole time.
Such a confusing website... that or I wasn't paying full attention. Thanks for explaining about Wine and those other programmes though.

The ultimate computer knowledge skill test would be to create a operating system.

The second test (Welsh shool) is extemlely fixated on Microsoft crap and the questions which are not Micro$oft-specific are mostly interface specific. Only a few questions are really OS and software independent. Short: This test sucks and is boring.
Most interfaces that are drawn apply only to Micro$oft products.
The category Computer Operation often means usage of basicly Windows itself.
Word processing skills seems to mean 100% Micro$oft Word.
Graphics and multimedia skills are either generic or Micro$oft PowerPoint or even Micro$oft Word (image nested in a document etc.) FTW!
Databases is actually Micro$oft Acce$$ and/or Micro$oft Excel.
Internet and email skills sometimes means Micro$oft Outlook.

When these people say "computer" they actually mean "Micro$oft Window$".

In my test, there was a question "What key do you press to start a new paragraph?"
My answer would be [O] but it wasn't available, FTW! The test's answer was "[Enter]". Yeah, [Enter] is true for Word but I'm using Vim, FTW!

The first test was at least a bit funny. My favourite answer from the first test is "YAH I c0uld H4xx0r t3h P3nt4g0n!". This test seems to bit ironic.

Yea, I understand your fury Kiffer-Opa. Still, you gotta realise what OS it is and act accordingly in the recent test that I added before. I couldn't find any better tests than the this Windows product knowledge tests. Most word processing programmes are the same, just compare OpenOffice with Windows Word, they're quite similar. OpenOffice is cross-platform compatible, it works on Apple computers and such. If you feel that the test seems too basic, then sorry. I did what I could.

Of course if anyone could find a better test, then please post it here and I might change the whole topic around with a much better test.
