First, go to cs2d.com and read some info here (if you do). If it doesn't help, Iam gonna help you so :
Problems
•Anything is with your connection
•You have anything wrong with CS2D
•You do not login on CS2D
•You have put ON the firewall
Fix
•Try to reconnect your modem (if you have modem)
•Try to download/repair CS2D
•Try to login into CS2D
•Try to put OFF your firewall

If nothing from this help, then I do not know.

Other
•Try to look at www.cs2d.com or here on www.unrealsoftware.de if there isn't anything like help, then search topics similiar to your with search function here
•Try to send PM to DC if he gonna help you
•You said you always have 55K pink. That's a lot !
