Alright, people. Here is the story.
The thing is called the Wyoming Incident. You can google the legend, but it's untrue. Still, the videos is shocking. So please, anyone who has headache problems or a weak mental state (gets scared fast), do NOT watch it. I can't stress that enough. Some people, who played this "game" (watch the videos in certain conditions) fell ill. I heard they suffered from vomiting, headaches, hallucinations, unexplained fear etc. And I am NOT trying to gather some audience, it happened for real, and again: please, anyone who has headache problems or a weak mental state (gets scared fast), do NOT watch it.
I think I've warned enough. If you don't feel anything after watching, good for you.

If you don't have a brain, you might start laughing.
Point is, depending on the mental condition of the watcher and his surroundings, it'll have a different effect. If you watched it in a dark room, you would feel different. Oh, and don't try watching it again, it won't have any effect.
You must think about what you are watching, and try to find out the meaning. If you just watch, thinking of something else, you won't feel anything.

And, from my point of view, the whole bull in the beginning and the strange questions are making you unprepared for the 4:00 part.
It's not a horror movie, it was just a bet.
And such kind of questions and/or sayings are usually heard in a psychiatric ward.


EDIT: Some people are claiming that it wasn't made by SA forum users. They said, one of the posters found the recording and decided to air it on the net. Funny thing, the incident is claimed to have happened in the least populated county in WY.
