No, but if you want to get better, play more.
You could use some training maps.
But try to don't get
killed Btw, you could try a server with 15 players + and don't cry when die, just be quiet and continue playing... you will see that with the time, you will not get killed anymore
And, Torque is right about the laser servers, a lot of pro's play in them, I would suggest cs2d.nl | LaserMod, it's good fun, using FlooD's lazer mod ( captain obvious, lol ).

PS:I get my skills at sh servers(1 week to level 40) and shotguns and cod servers

How can you train with boats? Or do you mean bots? But yeah, bot's aren't very good, on the pro level they are basically idiots using an aimbot, so they are not even that had to kill, they will just own you if you stay out for too long.

Fast paced action.
You can't finish a round in less than 40 secs in dust, dust2, aztec, office, whatever.
More time playing, less time buying, running around, taking positions, etc.
If you can't play the game, just play some server for a long time and just use many weapons.
The best weapons to use (when most enemies on server use):
Against AWP - longshot - AWP
Against AWP - shortshot - M3
Against AWP - noscope - M4A1
Against M3 - longshot - AWP (with fast reflexes)
Against M3 - shortshot - M3
Against M3 - unaimed - M3 (or AWP with scope on)
Against M4A1 - longshot - AWP (or M4A1 with high health)
Against M4A1 - shortshot - M3 (strike deathly)
Against M4A1 - unaimed - M4A1 (strike first)
Torque has writtenPlay dm_laser, lots of pro's have played dm_laser a long time.
Most of pros do set their apostroph wrong.
dm_laser trains your aiming skills with reaction.
Just pick a map with instant respawn to practice on at first so you have a lot of playing time. Later on you can play standard mode for more satisfaction
do you guys really think you become pro if you get one kill with laser? no. belive me, because it's true.

You can get trained on dust by different people and different style, too. construction is not a fine chance to get yourself to the next level...You'd better play Construction servers.
@Flacko , yeah... you get better in 1 weapon. and laser doesn't need tactic, just run run run and try to frag other people.
