Make a fresh install of stranded 2 and then copy the stuff in the mod to the clean S2 folder, Obviously having the caution to check if you're putting stuff in the right folder instead of just tossing everything in the main folder.

Or just make a link for a "StrandedII.exe" ,and change the link address to (...ndedII.exe" -mod Forest Mod)

I already added a few things:

∗ Blackpowder, that can be combined with iron in order to make bullets and rifle shells.
∗ Barrels and explosive barrels now have scripts, you can fill the barrel with blackpowder in order to create an explosive barrel. And you can also put fire on the explosive barrel, but for it you have to got a torch.
∗ New control key added like a kind of special power key. Using it you'll have ten seconds with all your weapons more powerful.

I'll upload the new version of the mod as soon as I finish the new story mode. (It's only missing the last island and some custcenes I'll be adding).

I'll be thinking and I need your help,
What about when you complete the story mode of the game you come back to the tutorial map, so, that way you'll be able to play the story mode again and again.

I'll change the amount of branches needed to build a campfire because I already saw some people talking about this too.

Today I fixed a hand animation bug(sometimes when you attack without nothing inhand the punch animation is not played), it'll be avalible in the next mod update.

The nex update will be release in 3 days or less.

I know I said the mod would be updated today, but I had some personal problems and I don't know when I'll back working on the mod.

There's another file in the "forest mod"-folder named "stranded2.exe.exe"...
I guess renaming it to "stranded2.exe" should fix the problem...

I downloaded the mod to test it and I didn't have any problem.
Make sure you extracted the files on the right folder.
You just need extract it in the folder you want and play. (you don't need to put it in the mod folder of stranded II)
And about the "strandedII.exe.exe", it don't create any problem, because when you extract the the file it's automatic renamed to "strandedII.exe".

Edited: I'm uploading the new version of the mod right now. If everything goes fine you'll be able to play the new story mode today.

But it's some nice stuff, I had much fun with the units...

So at least your mod seems to be no more than a bunch of scrached models... But wait... I guess that map ("ultimate") was made by you? So since you also spent much effort on creating that map which really looks very good (but didn't had time to test it much, yet), and since someone already voted with "horrible" which is just wrong, I would give you...

The musics are used in the story mode.
Yes the map "ultimate" was made by me and I spend about one month to complete it.

I want explain why there are some stuffs about other mods,
In the start I didn't wanted to share the mod, I only wanted to do something for myself. But some of my friends started to like it, including some that didn't like stranded, so I decided to share it with other people, but, I started this small work without any useful objective so I didn't pay attention to wich mods I were using and I didn't care for it.
And the worst problem is that I don't know how to model.

I think the map could be a bit complicate because of some "secret" objectives. In these objectives the game don't give you any clue about what you must do, you just need to do it. If someone have some problem about what to do in any island I'll be happy to help.

My next step will be translate the mod for brazilian portuguese, if someone who have time and could help me translating the mod for other languages I'll be very happy.

The mod isn't popular there are no much downloads and not much replies. I would update the map and fix all the bugs but there's no reason to do it if no one will use it.
