i dont know the username and pass i try admin as name and pass but not working HELP!
this is a list of possible user/pass for that type of router:

read the manual of the router. it always contains the default username/password combination. if this doesn't work: contact whoever set up that router for you. if this doesn't work: reset the router (read the manual on how to do it) and setup everything again (attention: make sure that you have all required data from your ISP to do so. do it at your own risk) 2 und 3. someone changed the username/password obviously. you either have to contact that person or to reset everything yourself. 
I can see that you have gotten into the login page of your router. Try asking your parents for the password, if they don't know you should reset it (small button on the bottom or back), be careful resetting will remove any wifi passwords and settings.
The default authentication should be listed on the router itself.
Once you have logged in look for settings, there usually aren't a lot of functions for the router anyways. You should find it instantly.
