Hi, I have a problem with the ip. Instead of an external (dynamic) ip, I have, for some reason, displayed inside and join the server can only through it.
I have a usb-modem. To me no one can join, but I think that if you solve a problem with ip - it will work.
I downloaded the program no-ip, but there is need for external ip. Please help as in the Russian community everyone is silent.

You normally can't connect to your own external IP as long as your router/modem doesn't support loopback. Most don't
