Ideas For UnrealSoftware Site

useigor: Yes, you are pretty right about that. The current removal system is quite basic and should definitely be improved. I'll do it when I find the time for it.
@
Raaj Nadar: This would significantly delay (and in long term probably also reduce) all communication here and everything would be dead until a moderator reviews all the new posts. Therefore it's not a good idea and I also don't see the necessity to implement this. The current situation is pretty okay. I mean I currently don't see too many trolls etc. around here (it already was much worse).

Flat gray buttons aren't nice. I thought you hadn't time to complete them. In my opinion, border-radius must be decreased to 5px. Some new style for buttons:

Also you could use red and yellow boxes for notes and attentions. And code style should be same as here.

useigor: That's ugly as fuck. My grandma can CSS better than you. Wow, this shit is the comic sans of buttons.
If I have not been clear enough, no-no-no. Go and sit in a corner or something.

Wow..I agree with @
Yates: And basically it does look ugly as a banana.

useigor: Thank you for the ideas. I actually like the small buttons for the help page. They fit to the gradient of the CS2D logo which is nice. I dislike the big ones though. Especially the color and the smaller radius are no good choice in my opinion. I'll test if I can make the big ones look like the CS2D logo as well to get a more consistent style. I think that would be a good improvement.
Also a new thread for CS2D.com ideas would probably have been appropiate.

I didn't watch through the whole topic(sorry).
Main idea is to add Donate page at left menu,or atleast on page "Info","Contact",because i searched and didn't notice any donate page, then decided to google, and finally found it.
Pretty hard to donate,you know.

Please note: OT discussion removed.
§4.5 - Stick to the point! Do not write stuff which is not related to the original topic!

glebec: I actually don't want that people find it easily because I don't have enough time to work on the stuff here and it makes me feel bad when people donate and I have so little time to give them something (progress) back...
Edit: Removed some worthless comments.
@who-ever-it-was: This thread is primarily for UnrealSoftware.de. I would prefer an extra thread for each website. So feel free to create a new thread if you want to post ideas for other (Unreal Software related) websites!

I would like to suggest something related to private messages, a functionality that would allow you to find messages sent by a certain user. Same for the messages you've sent to certain users. It could probably be a mixed list of the messages that have been sent and received from a certain user.

I think it would nice if you'd revive the old xmas image: https://web.archive.org/web/20071211200204/http://www.unrealsoftware.de/swf/home_xmas.swf

lol, It's nice idea to do it, also you don't just put the hat on it, you have edit the hair too ,nice idea it's good.

I don't know what I'm doing with my life.
I'd like it if there was an Award system as it makes many games more interesting. You can check yours/others awards by checking their profile. Awards like 100 kills 10 Knifes will be good. (But only while playing against real players)

That idea is already talked about. And its kinda waste of time.
Restorable comments / posts. Also ability to see which moderator edited comment / post / file (it's not necessary to be visible for users).
My suggestion about commenting. Well, you can use a little script that makes if the member made a shortly comment, it will automaticly says that the comment is very short.
And it will helps you about putting the rule that says no short comment.
Well, it's just an idea!

THEMUD: Have you at least tried doing that? Fairly sure I remember getting a warning when I wrote a short message. That thing's been implemented for a long time already.

Yeah, it works only if you put one character.
I meant that you can't put a comment less/lower than 4-5 characters.
