By the main idea of Valve - Aliens use their own type of technology & they are from another world - so why do you ask why they use green electric attacks?

ive got an idea il make weapons on counter strike 1.2.1 how about Fn fal for the ak47 and mp9 for mp5 just tell me how to make guns for counter strike 1.2.1

@user holy_wariror: : No, That would be seriously overpowered, the RPG and Rocket launcher have their weakness in sense of RPM and SD, having a Gun that has the Destructive capabilities of a grenade launcher but still giving the user a fall-back option that mounts as a Primary Weapon(Normally, the FB option would be pistols, and they are not dangerous) means that a skilled player can easily shell a group before switching to a Automatic Rifle and easily taking out the stunned survivors

I DO read this. and guess what thread I'll read when I work on CS2D? this one. and only this one. so that's why all the suggestion should be here and not scattered around the whole forum (at random unrelated threads..). makes sense, right?

is it really so hard to find the right thread? other people manage to do so as well. without posting stuff in totally random threads first...

In the map editor you should add when you are hovering with the cursor above a env_sprite and then pressing X , Y you offset it by +1 but when you hold ctrl+X,Y it offsets by -1 and when you press (2 more random buttons) it will rotate by +1 and when you hold ctrl ... read above

A useful idea. It's not really necessary, but a button like that in the map editor would save some time (about ten seconds, to be precise) if you need to quickly test the functionality of one small thing in a map.

I'd also like it if wall shadows cast over adjacent obstacles. And better tile blending...there's a lot to be desired with what we have now.

I do. he wants a better placement of the info fields which are displayed in the sample (left) because the health value is covered by the item info box.
