Hi all,the last day i trying to make a scope,but in test the scope is white,trying again,and is black.
Pls help me(tutorials,information...)and thanks all.

I think you have to make it transparency.
You cant do that with Microsoft Paint.
You'll need paint.net or something

I trying with PhotoFilter,but say´s PhotoFilter no is a WIN32 valid aplication and trying too with paint.net but nothing.

This programm costs money. Why you dont just take other good freeware programms at first?

Try GIMP,

It's just as good as photoshop and its way easier to use.
