To my knowledge, there are no cancers in Half-Life. The only creature named after Arthropoda are headcrabs.
My choice is the headcrab - unfortunately for the other two contestants I still think that the headcrab is iconic for the series and it's just cool.
Also, for future reference, vs. is spelt 'vs.', 'v.' or 'v', not 'v.s.'
