This log (or CS2D logs in general) aren't helpful. Also I don't think that the mentioned users crashed the server (at least not "#Gamer l Cactus" because he just triple killed someone. Maybe "Gladieytor" because he was pissed but that's too much speculation

Quite effective way to protect yourself from attacks like these is to ban specific (presumably hacker's) IP address from connecting to your server. That worked for me (most of Oxy2D servers stopped being repeatedly crashed). Assuming that you run Linux on your machine, you should have iptables installed.

Then reload iptables.

Or like this (depends on your Linux distribution).
