I had to cry when I read* the title. So here's a little English lesson because the verb "steal" seems to be one of the most frequently used ones around here. Unfortunately it's an irregular verb which leads to a lot of confusion.

Verb: to steal
     I steal something now
     I will steal something tomorrow
     I stole something yesterday
     I have stolen something yesterday

Noun: stealer
     It's always stealer. No matter what. "stoler" or "stolener" doesn't exist. Better: thief

*) note that read is an irregular verb as well. All forms are just "read" (there is no "readed"). Just the pronunciation differs.

On topic: We can't do anything about it unless stolen stuff appears here at UnrealSoftware.de!

Unreal Software doesn't have anything to do with any and all community websites. Since we (i.e. moderators and DC) have no control over them, all you really can do here is complain, which is strongly discouraged.

Wrong.

Giving credit is insufficient. You are not allowed to use stuff without explicit permission of the original author. That's law (well, depending on the license actually but it defaults to this if no license is specified).

Whenever you want to use something that is not made by yourself: Ask for permission first!

Again: It is NOT okay to just take it without having permission! Even if you say who made it! You need to have the permission otherwise it is not legal!

It is a very serious problem and you can go to jail for it. For that reason you should instantly delete all files where you don't have the permission (or ask for permission now and delete them if the original authors do not give you the permission).

You should actually always ask BEFORE uploading the stuff to your site. Otherwise you might violate copyright laws!

I'd suggest all the authors of stolen content sue their site. Together. At once. I think that should scare them off.
