Sometimes when you leave your game idle for a long period of time that shows up.

Try restarting or clearing the username or password field and re-entering them.

Happens when you use the Map Editor. CS2D no longer detects you as logged in.

You should that used that map editor. So restart/clear the username and password field and re-enter it before that it works.

A well known bug that has been reported 1000 times already. Do what the people around here suggested.
I'm working on a fix for future releases.
