Hi Guys,

Im New in CS2D but i worked with css, cs1.6 servers in linux and all 100% Worked fine.
My problem is this
My server does not appear in serverlist why?
I read a all tutorial, i open a port in linux and router and no work..
I edit usgn.dat, add server manualy with rcon "usgn_addserver", but ALL NO WORK

This is what appears to me to start the server:

U.S.G.N.: Sending serverlist ADD-request...
U.S.G.N.: Server added to serverlist
NET: Received unknown or damaged msg (6, 199.83.103.106:50512)
U.S.G.N.: Sending serverlist UPDATE-request...
U.S.G.N.: Server added to serverlist

If you read all the tutorials carfully, one of them is: @thread cs2d Server Setup: Guide / Checklist and it has:

also 99% of your problem may be Port Forwarding. Have you done it successfully?

NOTHING HELPS?
With a chance of 99% the problem is caused by wrong router/firewall settings or by one of the other points mentioned here. Please check all your router/firewall settings again VERY CAREFULLY!
PLEASE use your manual or search the internet to find a guide for your firewall/router!

Yeah your server IS in the list but you can't see it with your CS2D client because of your filters. It is filtered away because it is unreachable!

There is no router and no port forwarding in case of a VPS. At least if your VPS has its own IP. So it must be one of these things:

• Port blocked by firewall
• Port (or UDP in general) blocked by your VPS provider
• Port already used by other programs

Possible solutions:
√ Try another UDP port
√ Check the firewall settings of the VPS
√ Contact your VPS and ask if they are blocking certain UDP traffic or certain UDP ports
√ Make sure that there is no other service running at the same UDP port
