Use any image editors, eh?
Search Google (Link) for some image editors.
Image editors I use:
1. GIMP
2. Paint.net
3. MS Paint (Microsoft paint, that one that is installed with windows)
By the way, if you mean completely different armors than the one that exists, then No. its impossible unless you use LUA
