There was a time when register.com gave free .com domains. Their service sucks so they had to do it.
Same with .asia domains which were given free on CrazyDomains, the only thing is that they have decent contact support.

you must get a domain or sub-domain to make website, and you must get webstite to make forum. That Logic .
