Long ago(~since september 2009) i started making HL2D mod for CS2D. But was too lazy, so slow progress. Then in 2011 i started draw skins/sprites from hl1 and others. NTD noticed me and i joined in his HL2D mod. I always had problems with skins/sprites, cos i didn't knew what them need or what they already have. Phenixtri said: "HL2D mod is indefinitely put on hold IE its dead". So that's is why i created new thread.

I want to make 2d version of hl1 for cs2d, ofcourse in good quality but i want economize disk space. It will have English and Russian languages. First: i want to make multiplayer version because less work. Second will be walkthrough game in multiplayer(~decay). Third is singleplayer (most hardest work).

Here i'll be posting updates.

All progress: ~29,17%.

Good. What do you need? If you will make map i will add you in list.

It's most hardest work. I will post additional sprites for next work only when we'll finish multiplayer(most easiest work). It's easist way to find weapon script bugs.

Spore Launcher-Easy, it's just a sprite and a reskin of snowballs.

1. Yes because you can use that crappy grenade script.
2. Hano, The desert eagle doesn't have an attack2 so you can't right click. You can press the serveractions for it.
3. idk What a spore launcher is.

Spore launcher is a weapon shown in Half Life:Opposing Force which is a part an alien and shoots out alien eggs or spores. Eggs/spores grow on specific places(on some green shit mostly).

A little news from me.

I made a Crossfire template. I am now waiting for Useigor to make a tileset(s) for HL2D and some sprites required for Crossfire. So, the map should be done soon.

Very good, i hope map is not too small. If is small then i will make overview in right size.

Btw, when you would make a server in HL2D, since it runs on CS2D client, people from CS2D could be joining.
