PC, laptop or PS3. I'd prefer Laptop the most.

A Tower PC is the ultimate gaming machine.
With a console ( XBox360/PS3 ) you don't need to worry about hardware specs etc.
A gaming laptop is pretty good, portable and you are mobile.
A PSP is just portable

If you're gona play games, buy a PC, if you want a console go for a PS 3, because if you wana play online you don't have to pay, but if you have a credit card/paypal and want to pay monthly then buy an xbox, the difference between those 2 are few.

Laptop sucks, it's slower than PC, PC is much better it's fast and cheap enough to purchase.

Not really slow. I know some laptops with hellish speed. Regular PC is just easier to modify/repair and upgrade.

Buy a pc since you need to buy games for
a console and It's way better to play with wasd instead of other type of keys/buttons on a console control
and you can improve a pc and It would be pretty harder to improve a console then a pc so my vote is a pc/laptop.
