check in lan. if not restart dedicated server

i tink i have the solutoin for yur problem u haev to be total pro in cs2d to solv this listen you haev to open dedcatied server and you haev to use it ip it gievs you exampel: 12.12.12.12:12345 aend you haev to conect to this ip easy as fuck regarts ))))))

i wont connect whithe a clan like "Wotiserver" but i don't now how i pay in wotiservers
