- If not, what is the lowest price with i can pay host.

I tried with dediacted without paying, but it wasnt on serverlist. Please answer fast, need a server.

As long as you leave PC on, you can host your server completely for free (if we don't account computer running all the time and using electricity). Your server may not work for other reasons, you can find most problems in FAQ section in cs2d.com
