I not playing CS2D for like 1 week atter I install window 7, upgare my PC, when I run CS2D my FPS drop down to 39 - 42 make my PC lag, I don't khow why, it some one khow how to fix this pls show me
i want to play CS2D so bad i try to fix this problem 3 week...

here is my PC system ...

Processor: Intel(R) Pentiem(R) 4 CPU 3.00GHz 3.00 GHz
Installed memory (RAM): 2.00GB
System tyde: 32-bit Operating System

and also it have no lag when i run CS2D on my LAPTOP use win xp ...

what is your GPU ?and that processor (CPU) is very old.upgrade it

that is a chipset and very old one . buy a GPU like - nvidia GT 610 1gb or 2gb edition.

PC can run cs2d without problems, did you check for virus in your pc?
Also clean trash (temporary files, update video card drivers, etc...), if the problem persist is time to format your pc.

First of all try to lower the graphicsettings ingame and inform us about if it has an positive effect or not.

I used to have a intel gma 4500m and runs well, g33 is enough for cs2d. So don't talk what you don't know.

i try all ways that you guy say don't work .. and it cs2d run well on win xp n my old pc atter i install win7 in it @@

i can't .. my win xp disc is full of error so i install win 7

Install the GPU, the sound card, the chipset and the HDD ( RAID thingy ) drivers, those are the critical ones which could affect your performance. You should also check your game settings as @ XoOt said. You should also check windows updates and directx.

Another question. Is it lagging since you have win7 or does the problem just occured some time later? Also are any programs running in background?

Your processor sounds ugly for me, maybe is it...
Recording that the cs2d is a "High-Laggy-Effects" Game, seriusly sayin', the Counter-Strike 1.6, is less laggy than CS2D.
