Instead of using /picias, we should move on and use /xirot now.

Every onboard GPU of the last years is more then enough for CS2D. One bottleneck of your system is the low amount of RAM. 2GB for W7 is nothing, esp. if you let your browser open in your background. My browsers usally eat/take up about 2.5 - 4.5 GB RAM. In my opinion, 2GB RAM should be enough for CS2D and shouldn't cause lags but an upgrade is recommended anyway. If you don't know what RAM you have to buy post your Motherboard and tell us how many RAM modules you are using atm.

I'm getting tired, user Xirot. Really tired of all this. How about this: we have a friendly little forum where we help one another like user XoOt tried to in previous replies and if I see you (yes indeed YOU) post something even SLIGHTLY off topic. I'll t.ban you. Seriously. If you have nothing beneficial to say to the problem, DONT say it. It just creates misunderstandings, shitstorms and negative replies/comments. Please. Move on.

I'll wait a few days in case user deadlox995 wants to post how he fixed his problem and if he doesn't, I'll close this topic to prevent any more off-topic/other kind of nonsense.

The problem here is that you have many viruses, or simply you have graphical problems with opengl/software(I was having this kind of problems but only was with software extension).

Thanks for telling him @user Rainoth: he wouldnt get it otherwise. Even doubt that he will do anyway.

@user deadlox995: i guess you cleaned your registry and defraged your system?

@user Reaper: I have 256 MB of ram and I raep all uebsits wit opera. I also raep CS2D.
Anyway @user deadlox995 is right, disabling aero should increase your performance a lot. Still believe that it isn't the cause of the problem.

It could be that your 2 GB of RAM is not sufficient enough to run the operating system and the game at the same time. That's my guess. I'd at least up it to 4 GB of RAM or even 8 GB of RAM to be able to play CS2D without much lagg. I got 8 GB of RAM on my Windows 8.1 laptop and I can run CS2D fine, so there's some advice upgrade to Windows 8.1 and get yourself (2 x 4096 MB) RAM.

I think that it is the bad on board GPU. It's not entirely impossible that it is caused by the low RAM but unlikely in this case. 1 GB is recommended as minimum for the 32 bit version of Win 7 and CS2D itself clearly needs less than 1 GB. So 2 GB RAM should be perfectly fine. CPU is okay as well. Just make sure that you don't run too many other programs in background which consume much RAM because that might be a problem!

So these are the standard (video card related) things to try:
• Make sure you have the latest video card drivers
• Try windowed/fullscreen OpenGL and DirectX with the launcher
• Disable dynamic lighting / advanced shadows (should give you the biggest boost in performance)
• Maybe also reduce particle details

user abhirup27022001 im not the one who should read what user DC wrote, user deadlox995 is the one who needs to.
I'd already suggest to lower the graphicsettings and also to inform us/me about the effecr which should be positive if the lags are caused by his GPU, but he didnt reply
Edit: also check the usage of your ram when you're running cs2d on minimum graphicsettings and when you set them to highest.

Well. RAM can actually be faulty, so that you have to buy new RAM that is working correctly. That's why I mentioned the thing about RAM memory. But I guess you didn't think that far.

But there could also be several other reasons why CS2D is being slow for you. For example the graphics card. Potentionally, maybe you haven't installed your graphics card drivers that came with your PC (this happened to me once lol). When that happens the default graphics card memory will show as only 256 MB RAM and such and your computer may appear really slow when playing games. I'd recommend seeing if you could find drivers for your graphics card usually it comes in the medium as CD (Compact Disc). From there you put it in your PC and start installation and once done you'll get the full benefit of your graphics card.

Again this is just my own speculation. Don't take everything I say like "this is the exact problem and I know how to fix it" because I can be wrong and so can everyone else. I'm only here to see what's wrong and maybe be of help and to solve your problem like many others here are trying to do. I hope you understand.

format and reinstall your windows 7 and install display driver, directx etc.
if the problem exists then you should buy a new GPU and a processor ,at least a dual core and a nvidia GT 210.
because the display chip is very old and slow , it will not able to run win 7.
there is no problem with your RAM, i have 2GB and i run windows 7
it runs smooth ,and i run cs 2d at 50 fps.
my old pc specs - nvidia
GT 210 1GB ddr3
intel dual core 3.2ghz E5700
2GB ram .
Ban reason: probably multi acc of user abhirup27022001 /DC
