Problem:I want to longer the flash bang blinding duration...

"F-Bang" is imprecise. Replaced with a better title! /DC

It is not possible to change the blinding duration. At least not with a simple command.
With some Lua, cs2d lua hook

projectile and cs2d cmd

flashposition it might be possible. I didn't try it though.
