@ Hajt: I'm pretty sure that it works properly. I'm using PHP's http://php.net/manual/de/function.hash-file.php with 'crc32' as algorithm.

There seem to be variations of crc32 so it might be possible that you get different results depending on what tool you use to generate the hash. I also tried 'crc32b' but it gives me another result than yours as well.

I realized a lack when I change the page's start ID.
It gives me a blank page except the main UnrealSoftware bar and the bottom footer.
