Hey everyone,

As you might assume by reading the title, I think we need another moderator. Fast. Although user Starkkz and user SQ are somewhat active, they normally manage forum. File archive is left to die.
It was taken care of by:
user useigor - who is now busy and cannot do it
user GeoB99 - who is no longer a moderator
user Rainoth - me. I no longer have as much time as I'm in university. To be honest, I'm in some deep manure. If I want to accomplish everything and have some time left for free activities (hey there, I'm human ) I have to trade it away for moderating. Don't get me wrong, forum is not a problem as lately not much nonsense is going on here (yey :3). File archive is another talk, especially since it takes a lot longer to evaluate each file.

Therefore, I've got two proposals/suggestions/candidates:
user GeoB99 - user DC said that he'll think about it and consider bringing him back (such option is present), which is why I'm making this topic right now - about a month passed during which FA deteriorated (sry .-.)
user Yates - I cannot deny that he did mistakes in the past and I'm sure many of the old users are aware of that, however the past 1-1.5 years he's been behaving. Even more than that, he was helpful, nice and proper. I do not know whether he'd agree to it (if offered) as I am aware that he's busy with his own things (just like most of the current or ex-moderators now) but I think he would be a great addition to the team.

I'll expect some of you to say that user Yates and user GeoB99 are both *insert 5 x rage, 15 x flame, 8 x negativity* and that they're both "dumb TAB members" who are *refer to previous insertion* but I'll be there to defend them. Yes, that forum has users and behavior that may not be tolerated here but these two particular people do not engage in it and act proper (even more so, it's a different site and even I talk more freely there, just like in skype).

With that said, whether you agree with my suggestions or not, the point stays - we need new moderators (1 is fine, 2 is perfect).

But the question is: Will user DC urgently need another moderator?
And I really hope that this thread doesn't turn into a "Pick me as moderator" kind of thread.

@user Marcell: What about him???
@user Cure Pikachu: It may not be urgent. I'm just saying what kind of situation we have and suggesting people who could help fixing it. Any "Pick me as moderator" replies will be removed. Besides, asking for it disqualifies you, doesn't it?
@user oxytamine: For forum we'll manage. At least now since there's not much going on in threads. For file archive yes, desperately.
@user TopNotch: Of course! I consider you to also be a very nice user. However, these are my suggestions (they are mine) as my mentioned people behave and are active. If you think someone else fits for this, definitely say it. I'm all for getting the best people for the spots.

Had a pretty shit day, got hit by a car on the way home from work, coat is fucked up and my bike is in pieces, everything hurts so this pretty much makes my day. Thanks for that.

user Rainoth has written
but I'll be there to defend them.

Especially this, cheers.

@user Inflexion: I still can't see why are you so upset and against user Yates, he only shared his opinion on this topic with others.

I wouldn't mind user GeoB99 and user Yates as moderators here, but I can also see @user Seekay as a moderator. While you might think he is rude, he isn't. He is just honest and is one of the people capable of evaulating file archive files, and knows forums well.

These are my two cents.

If anyone is interested on my opinion here, I considered user Talented Doge for moderator, however I'm not sure how active he is, I'm just saying this based on his posts. Another person who lately had been sending me complaints towards people is user SmD, but I don't know either if he's active or not.

To anyone interested on becoming a moderator, this are the two main things I see before suggesting someone to user DC:
• Being active, post at least once a day, I like to see people doing that because it means they care.
• Give advice (if possible, towards the rules as long as you don't break them), both positive/negative advice(s) are good.

Stark is way too powerful and he's active, I like him so i'd better like to "not" add a new moderator..

@user Raisun: He's going much off topic and rainoth is against..me, i'm against no one here.

I support both ZxC and Yates. Even if they made mistakes (even? Everyone makes mistakes), I still do think that these guys are both helpful and active enough. A lot of posts by them helped people and I do think that they're suitable enough for being moderators.

I know Yates used to be an utter asshole back in the day, but what is past is kept in past. Let it go, DC.

@user Inflexion: Although there's only a single user Yates, you keep writing nonsense like this.
@user VADemon: Here you go. Not sure why you need it but ye. In case you were referring to my claim, it would mean basically what user Starkkz said.
@user Starkkz: Hmm, I did not think about user Talented Doge although he is okay. At the very least, I did not get a negative view off of him.
@user Raisun: Seekay is prone to posting bs knowing full well that he could get banned (you too). Although I admit that he can properly moderate a forum, he's just too irregular to understand if he's okay for it or not. Thus I'd rule him out.
