if there are 1 player in each team alive, then ask both players (with a menu) saying 2 things, "Agree to death" or "Decline"

If both players agree, weapons will be stripped, players will have super armor and 200 hp for 5 seconds, then after 5 seconds, remove super armor and bring back 100 hp.

When the knife match has begun, the players have 30 seconds to either kill or hurt eachother. if one player has less hp than the other, that player will die automatically when 30 seconds is reached.

But the server can only ask the 2 last players if there were more players on the server and alive. if 1 player is on the server, and 1 joins and those are the only players on the server - do not ask for knife match. there has to be 3 players.

Learn to script and do it. It's becoming more a request thing than asking for help.

You'll have to do it. Nobody is going to bother to do all of your requests. We can help you if you have scripting problems, otherwise, it's unlikely.

I remember i'm always asking about lua.. but even if i always got answer - i learn it(not really learnt, but something i know and can make such scripts and some of admin/happytown/roleplay scripts)

Just look up on http://www.cs2d.com/help.php, there is basicly all information you need.

How to start:
You only want to have 2 player alive. So you need the die hook.
Then you want to check if there are 2 people alive. You should check the player command.
If there are 2 player alive then you have to open the menu command (together with menu hook. You also need a 30s timer . For giving player super armor, etc. you also have to use a 5s timer and parse

In a way, Rainoth is right at this point. Asking for help in a code is one thing but requesting one simultaneously is another thing.
If you feel a total newbie at Scripting you can get started with a tutorial made by Ohaz (I'm pretty you can search it easily) and I recommend you this lua pil.

I'm trying my best to learn but I consider it hard. and knowing there are people who could help but won't makes me just sad. but fuck it. just nevermind it.

We're not selfish just sick of people asking. You know the meaning of learning right? Just try to learn and post the errors, if you have any.

Sometimes people are just tired of writing long shit themselves. This one is easy but long. Do it yourself.

The truth has been told, here you should ask for help only. One does not simply have time to do the whole script for you.

Lua isn't very complicated, as everything, it needs time to be understood. Just keep trying.

Btw, money is always a good way to encourage people to make something for you.
