I don't think that's necessary, it would probably just have the same effect as simply keeping the user shadowbanned.
My point was if he notices nobody reacts for his posts, he will simply make another account(s).

Of course we shouldn't and it is quite obvious. Too bad, when someone behaves as an asshole repetitively and almost crossed beyond the limits a counter measure must be taken or you're simply out of this place and that's that because at time passes it gets really annoying.
Sure, a troll or an asshole doesn't give a single damm about his / hers actions but they aren't aware of final consequences that they get though.
MaxmyA_TN was warned like plenty of times by moderators yet he still behaves inappropriately and this is how he became an idiot. At the moment, his behaviour tends to get worse slowly and slowly. Yes, such stuff didn't happen for the first time here in US, but if you crossed the line completely you're out of this place and that's that. GeoB99: Chill, he'll grow out of it.@
Xirot: That's what we did. He'd create multiple accounts and we'd ban them all. Leaving him in idiot mode is actually the best solution present because he doesn't bother us so much. Entering captcha everytime is annoying and I'm thankful for that. I'm in a fairly stressful and busy exam period right now so I no longer check the threads daily (that's why I suggested to add another mod like GeoB99 way back in the past, cause I knew this would happen eventually).Mods will keep t.banning him. If he sends messages, add him to ignore list. Just chill. He's young, we all were stupid at one point in life.

Whatever. I'll ban him anyway. Not that this would change much. He'll just create a new account and that one won't have am idiot rank hence it will be even easier for him to behave like an asshole - at least until he gets banned again.
